January 23, 2021 (Saturday), Serdang - The Opening Ceremony of the Innovation Workshop in Teaching and Learning (PdP) organized by the Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP, UPM) was held online last Saturday as the opening event for this training series. This workshop was officiated by YBhg. Prof. Dr. Samsilah Roslan, dean of FPP. Also present, YBrs. Ts. Dr. Muhd. Khaizer Omar as the head of the Department of Science and Technical Education and YBrs. Dr. Rahimah Jamaluddin as the head of the program. This Innovation Workshop in PdP will highlight various innovation approaches in PdP for the benefit of the participants especially in the field of technical and vocational education and training (TVET). According to Prof. Dr. Samsilah, the PdP innovations scheduled in this series of workshops can help make PdP sessions more interesting. Therefore, the initiative to organize such workshops is very timely and hopefully can contribute to the consolidation of PdP sessions, especially in the new challenges and norms at this time. In particular, this program is organized by the Department of Science and Technical Education (JPST) in collaboration with INNOVATE, Putra Future Classroom (PFC) and also the Malaysian Household Economic Organization (MAHE).
