FPP Management & Staff: Committed to Driving Excellence

High commitment within a dynamic environment is the cornerstone of excellence for the Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP) in achieving the university's vision and mission. FPP Management remains deeply attentive and committed to the welfare and facilities provided to staff, empowering and ensuring every member of the faculty remains competitive and dedicated to driving our vision: "Leading in Educational Studies".

The leadership and management structure of FPP is spearheaded by:
i) Dean
ii) Three (3) Deputy Deans
iii) Six (6) Heads of Department
iv) Chief Assistant Registrar
v) Three (3) Management and Professional Officers

FPP is supported by 148 dedicated staff members, comprising academic staff (lecturers) and executive support staff. This community serves to guide and support approximately 2,850 students across various levels of study, including full-time, part-time (off-campus/evening classes), and postgraduate students.

PROGRAM Narasi Nusantara: Bahasa, Sastera dan Warisan Budaya Serumpun untuk Penyelidikan dan Dialog Global telah berjaya menghimpunkan seramai 22 mahasiswa Kelab Bacelor Pendidikan Bahasa Melayu dengan Kepujian, Fakulti Pengajian Pendidikan, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Menariknya, program itu turut melibatkan 15 mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) dalam usaha memperkukuh hubungan akademik, penyelidikan dan kebudayaan antara Malaysia-Indonesia.

FPP Strengthens the Quality of Documentation and Reporting for Community and Industry Projects
SERDANG, August 13, 2026 – The Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) organized the Sharing Session on Documentation Preparation Guidelines and Community and Industry Project Reporting Clinic Series I 2026 at QHub, Faculty of Educational Studies. This program aims to enhance the understanding and capability of faculty members in systematically, comprehensively, and impactfully preparing documentation and reporting for community and industry projects. The sharing session featured three experienced panelists in managing industrial and community networks, namely Ms. Nor Hayati Mohamad Darus from the Center for Industrial Relations and Networks (CIRNET), Dr. Rahimah Jamaluddin from the Department of Science and Technical Education, FPP, and Ms. Ainul Mardhiyyah Mohamed Ghazali from the University Community Transformation Center (UCTC).
