Putrajaya, 26 April 2025 (Saturday) - The PUTRA Squad (Agriculture for the People) from the Faculty of Education Studies held sales and opened a stall in conjunction with the "Back to Nature Carnival" at Spectrum International School Putrajaya. This program is part of a program to strengthen the country's agricultural and food security programs and support the implementation of the Universiti Putra Malaysia's Food Security blueprint.

The objective of the PUTRA Squad program at Spectrum International School Putrajaya is to build students' knowledge and practical skills in the field of agriculture, stimulate school community involvement in national food security through the PUTRA Club co-curricular activities, and create a sense of responsibility and awareness in global agriculture and issues.

This time, the PUTRA Squad program was participated by Dr. Nor Azni Abdul Aziz, Ts. Dr. Mohd Hazwan Mohd Puad, Ts. Dr. Enio Kang Mohd Sufian Kang, En. Mohammad Sallehhuden Samah, En. Mohd Safiee Sulong and PUTRA Squad students from the Agricultural Science Education Club and the Master of Technical and Vocational Education.

The PUTRA Squad sales and stalls were well received by visitors and were even visited by YB Datuk Seri Dr. Noraini Ahmad, Deputy Minister of Women, Family and Community Development, during her visit. Hopefully, programs like this can continue in the future and communities such as Spectrum International School Putrajaya continue to collaborate in making the country's education and agricultural agenda a success.
