Serdang, 5 March 2024 - The Faculty of Educational Studies has organized the New Year 2024 Mandate Ceremony by YBhg. Assoc. Prof.  Dr. Wan Marzuki Wan Jaafar, Dean of the Faculty of Education Studies at UPM's Faculty of Education Studies recently. The ceremony held at the FPP Auditorium was attended by 110 academic and support staff of FPP.

The New Year 2024 Mandate Program is the Dean's communication platform to all FPP staff to convey current achievements as well as plans and wishes in driving FPP towards excellence for the new year.

Among the contents of the program was the New Year 2024 Message by YBhg. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wan Marzuki Wan Jaafar, Dean of the Faculty of Educational Studies, Presentation of the Achievements 2023 and KPI 2024 FPP, pledge of staff led by the Dean of FPP as well as Yasin Reading, Tahlil and doa selamat in conjunction with Ramadhan.

In his mandate, the Dean has expressed his desire to drive FPP for LEADING IN EDUCATIONAL STUDIES. He also expressed his determination to lead FPP and improve FPP's ranking in the QS World University Rankings by Subject and The World University Ranking. He also aims that in 2025, the Faculty of Educational Studies will also become a 7-Star Faculty with the theme of a faculty in a garden and have advanced infrastructure.

The Dean's Mandate Ceremony was also attended by Associate Prof. Dr. Nor Aniza Ahmad, Deputy Dean of Graduate Studies and Internationalization FPP. According to her, "FPP has set Strategic Planning 2024 and a strategy for solid Financial Generation. In order to achieve this plan and target, full commitment from all FPP staff is essential to ensure that the FPP target for LEADING IN EDUCATIONAL STUDIES is achieved.”
