Hat Yai, Thailand, 30 May - 2 June 2024 - UPM's Guidance and Counseling Alumni Association (PABKUPM) has organized and run an "International Mobility Program" starting on 30 May to 2 June 2024 located in Hat Yai, Thailand. A total of 34 participants consisting of lecturers and postgraduate students from the Faculty of Education of UPM as well as alumni of Universiti Putra Malaysia left by bus from UPM to Hat Yai, Thailand via Bukit Kayu Hitam. Through this mobility program, the Faculty has taken an initial step in building an understanding with Prince of Songkla University (PSU) to collaborate and take advantage of the potential of good relations in the fields of research, innovation and commercial in the future.

Throughout the program, participants were taken to visit the Prince of Songkla University (PSU) campus in the framework of academic collaboration as well as visiting historic locations, houses of worship, culinary, leisure and visitor attractions around Hat Yai. It is hoped that this program can benefit all parties involved and further build corporate and professional relationships between the two educational and research institutions.
