EduBond FEISTA 2026 PLATFORM STRENGTHENING THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENT HUMANITY

  

 
SERDANG, May 17, 2026 – The Student Representative Council of the Faculty of Educational Studies (FEDSSCO), thru the Exco of Activities and Human Development in collaboration with the Educ Club, Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia, organized the EduBond Fiesta 2026 program to strengthen the bonds of friendship between students and faculty staff thru various relaxed, interactive, and enjoyable activities. This program also serves as a platform to foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, enhance physical health levels, and cultivate a culture of learning and a positive working environment among the faculty members.

The lively program received an encouraging response with the participation of 40 FEDSSCO members and around 400 students from the Faculty of Education. This program was also attended by Prof. Associate Professor Dr. Wan Marzuki Wan Jaafar, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Dr. Nor Azni Abd Aziz, Deputy Dean (Academics, Students, and Alumni) who supports the organization of programs focused on character development and the unity of the faculty members.
Various interesting activities have been conducted thru three main zones organized to meet the interests and full participation of the participants. Zone A featured traditional sports events such as lawn bowling, long pole, sack race, and three-legged race, which successfully brightened the atmosphere and invigorated the spirit of sportsmanship among the participants. Meanwhile, Zone B focuses on mind games activities such as dam haji, congkak, and puzzle challenge that test the creativity, strategy, and thinking skills of the participants. Zone C, on the other hand, involves sports activities such as poison ball, volleyball, and basketball penalty, which also saw active participation from the students.
 
  
 
In the afternoon, the program continued with cultural performances from the clubs that successfully showcased the talents, creativity, and self-confidence of the students. The performance not only entertained but also fostered a spirit of unity, cooperation, and appreciation for cultural diversity among the faculty members.
 
The program concluded with a closing ceremony that witnessed the announcement of winners for sports events and cultural performances, as well as the presentation of lucky draw prizes to the participants. Overall, EduBond Fiesta 2026 successfully achieved its organizational objectives and provided meaningful experiences to all participants involved. It is hoped that programs like this can be continued in the future in an effort to strengthen ties and increase student involvement in faculty activities in line with the aspiration of forming holistic and competitive graduates.
