Serdang, 18 March 2024 – 3MT screening at faculty level has been conducted at PI2, Block I, Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP). 3MT is an annually competition and its objective is to train PhD students communication skills and to prepare a short yet compact presentation in preparation towards their viva voce. In addition, the student’s criteria are that they have already passed their proposal defense (PD) with active student status.

At the screening level, two students have been chosen to be FPP representative in the upcoming heats and finals stage on 26 March 2024, organized by the School of Graduate Studies UPM. The two representatives are Wang Weiyi from China and Tharishni a/p Anblagan, both are majoring in Educational Psychology.

The panels lineup for the preliminary stage are Dr Nur Aimi Nasuha Burhanuddin (Department of Foundations of Education), Dr Akmarina Ahmad Othman (Deparment of Counsellor and Counseling Psychology) and Dr Nordahlia Umar Baki (Department of Professional Development and Continuing Education).
