This programme emphasises professional development and continuing education of HRD practitioners that encompasses adult education, organisational development, training and development as well as career development. It also includes HRD at individual, group, community and national levels.  It examines HRD from the perspective of investing and developing people to unleash their full potentials. This degree is a research based degree and is designed for individuals who want to pursue careers in higher education or administrative positions in any organizations (government, non-government organizations, and private sectors)
