Serdang, 21 November 2025 – The monthly gathering of undergraduate students organized by the Deputy Dean's Office (Academic, Student, and Alumni) plays an important role in strengthening relationships and achieving common goals between students and the Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP), Universiti Putra Malaysia.
This program is organized on a rotating basis by each study program every month, aiming to provide students with the opportunity to plan, lead, and implement activities, while also practically building leadership and management skills.
In his opening remarks, YBhg. Professor Dr. Madya Wan Marzuki Wan Jaafar, Dean of FPP, emphasized that universities are not just places to gain knowledge but also arenas for shaping personality, leadership, and critical thinking skills. He urged every student to practice a culture of knowledge, discipline, and integrity in every aspect of campus life.
A special sharing session was also held by Prof. Madya Dr. Nooreen Noordin from the Department of Language and Humanities Education. This sharing provides practical guidance and inspiration to students to improve their academic performance and strengthen their learning experiences.
Deputy Dean (Academic, Student, and Alumni), Dr. Nor Azni Abdul Aziz, stated that this gathering provides an effective platform for the dissemination of information, strengthening communication, and enhancing mutual understanding. This program also opens up space for direct interaction between faculty members and students, strengthening personal relationships and increasing engagement in faculty activities.
This gathering was also attended by faculty management members, academic officers, and support staff, making this program an integrated platform to strengthen the bonds of the FPP academic community.
