SERDANG, May 11, 2026 – The Faculty of Educational Studies (FPP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) held a Briefing Session on the Preparation for the Second Phase of the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem Assessment (EKSA) for the 2025/2026 Session at Auditorium 2, Faculty of Educational Studies.
The briefing was delivered by Ms. Nur Nadjla Binti Ahmad Razei as the EKSA FPP Facilitator. The session aimed to strengthen the faculty members' readiness in facing the implementation and evaluation of EKSA at a higher level and to ensure that quality work environment practices can be continuously implemented at the Faculty of Education.
In her speech, Ms. Noorizajune Abu Bakar, Chairperson of EKSA FPP, stated, "EKSA is one of the important elements in UPM's star rating and requires the commitment and cooperation of all faculty members to ensure its successful implementation."
In addition, the briefing also emphasized the importance of maintaining a conducive, organized, and quality work environment in line with efforts to strengthen a culture of excellence among faculty members.
