Industrial Training

In today's world , graduates need to have competencies and skills for their jobs in the competitive job market . Have a high degree alone does not guarantee a job . Instead , graduates must have current and relevant knowledge , practical experience , soft skills and a positive attitude to equip them to face the challenges before the real working world . To raise the level of the work of the graduates , industrial training program was introduced to strengthen the competency required . The training gives students learning opportunities in the workplace to receive practical experience in order to improve employability.

Industrial Training Program requires each student to have practical experience with industry , government organizations and private organizations . The program lasts for twenty- four ( 24 ) weeks of the second semester of the academic session .
